Job Description :
Sales Management :
- Sells Financial Learning Programmes on Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Financial Planning to students, colleges, Corporate Houses and investors
- Leads a Profit Centre and achieve Revenue Targets through self sourcing and Agents
- Builds Relationships with Graduation colleges, post graduation colleges and Corporate Houses to generate and close institutional level deals
- Organizes and delivers Seminars in Colleges and Centre
- Drives marketing activities in colleges, centre and corporate houses
People Management :
- Leads and motivate a team of Counselors and Business Development Executives to drive revenue targets
Centre Operations :
- Owns lead generation, enquiry, counseling, follow-up, sales closing, admission, training and after sales services.
- Responsible for batch management and scheduling of programmes
- Co-ordinates and maintains a good rapport with the Faculty for batch management
- Handles Logistics and scheduling of the Centre
- Adheres to the service standards, analyzing service gaps and taking corrective measures
- Ensures smooth & error free execution of assigned classroom programmes
Counseling :
- Motivates prospects and sells consultatively
- Trains the counselors and Business Development Executives to counsel and sell.
Lead Management :
- Leads from the front and ensure that leads are handled and sales is closed by the team
