About our Client - Our client is one of largest players in the alcohol-beverage industry having a portfolio of diversified products. They have a global footprint and have been recognized for being a premium luxury brand. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to build up their institutional sales in Delhi NCR.
Job Description - Reporting to the GM (North), you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring achievement of sales & trading profit budgets in the assigned state
- Identifying institutional clients and establish relationships with key decision makers
- Conceptualize and implement promotional events to increase awareness
- Ensuring timely collections and follow credit control norms of the Organizations
- Managing and motivating the team members.
- Identifying key markets in terms of contribution to sales and demand growth.
- Able to analyze sales budget w.r.t expenses, revenue, profitability, net contribution, inventory, credit terms etc.
- Is acquainted with the relevant legal and taxation regimes and other compliance issues
The Successful Candidate - You will be a university graduate with at least 8 years of sales experience in the liquor industry. Prior experience with a luxury brand is required. A candidate with prior sales experience in Delhi NCR will be given preference.You should have the ability to drive teams with a proven track record. You must have good communication skills and should be target and profit oriented.
