The roles and responsibilities of a Regional Sales Manager - North and East India with our client.
The RSM's core responsibility is to understand and engage with the customer's engineering, operations, purchasing departments, interact with key finance stakeholders at all levels to promote and provide market leading service, in addition also nurture the close commercial relationships expected from the leaders in the B2B distribution market.
Territory Knowledge :
- Should have worked for a minimum period of 10+ years in around Delhi NCR
Customer/Product Knowledge :
- The core experience of the person should be in direct sales in the arena of Industrial sales, preferably in the following product ranges:
Electronic/Electromechanical components
- Process Control & Automation products.
- Field Sales Orientation
- Being in the high connect and high service industry the role holders a major portion of the day is spent conducting field visits, local as well as outstation

- Should have excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Should be fluent in the local language
Education -
B.E / B.Tech (Electronics / Electrical / instrumentation/ Any)
