Sales Plan Formulation:
- Ensure achievement of Sales targets as per the market potential.
- Understand the external and internal business environment, seasonal buying trends and market penetration and forecast the key deliverables for the Region.
- Identify the key focus areas for the Region and allocate responsibilities to the team to ensure achievement of the same.
- Ensure the formulation of the regional strategy for meeting up various set business targets - CSI, sales volumes, market share.
- Plan promotional activities for the Regions to increase awareness among the customer and finally contribute to sales volume.
- Coordinate with marketing department in planning marketing strategy for the Region.
- Ensure Influencer Management (Retail Samriddhi & Smart Saver programs) and drive sales efficiency through E Mitra and B.E.S.T.
- Drive implementation of Price Hygiene and implementation for Power products at all distributors, dealer's & sub dealer's points.
Network Management:
- To get district wise penetration for desired business volume
- Ensure the tracking of the competitor's network or unrepresented area to seek the future opportunity in the network expansion.
- Constantly strive to improve performance and delivery of existing partners through guidance and reviews
- Coordinate with Regional Service Manager and Training Centre to ensure the training requirements of manpower so as to improve service & support to dealers' network.
Customer Satisfaction Management and Complaint Redressal System:
- Ensure the occurrence of customer contact programs to ensure the better visibility and reach among customers.
- Analyze the customers' complaints and ensure corrective and preventive measure taken for the quick redressal of the complaints.
- Ensure support system to the field team across the Region for the resolution of any critical customer complaint.
Budget Management:
- Assure the effective usage of allotted budget for office expenses per month.
- Ensure the timely payment collection and dealers' claims settlement across the Region.
- Ensure cost to sales ratio & cost control for the region.
- Close coordination with internal BU's to support Regional sales at Execution level.
MIS Report analysis:
- Analyze MIS report for tracking monthly progress and improve the qualitative parameters for the Region.
