Regional Sales Manager - Education - B7 Level
We are looking at the sales manager role based out of Mumbai for our private education vertical.
Do note, we are looking for candidates with core sales experience in the Mumbai region & MBA from good B schools across the country.
Position Description:
- Grow Lenovo's market share by hunting from a predefined set of un-penetrated Education accounts by working with dedicated partner & Partner FOS team
- Understand customer needs and apply knowledge of Lenovo's product and solution to help meet customer requirements
- Review FOS daily activity and productivity
- Funnel review
- Good connect with Partner & customer
- Account management; identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non-financial goals and identify opportunities to increase - wallet share- within assigned clients and business partners
- Under minimum direction, develop relationships which promote the understanding of clients and business partners- business objectives and goals
- Work with various stakeholders - product, ops, finance, marketing to meet organization financial objective and smooth partner operations
Position Requirements:
- Ability to set up the business from scratch with working experience of 5+ yrs
- Work under ambiguity, lead from the front
- Understanding of the assigned accounts in the region
- Strong sales exposure to direct & channel partners
- Superior communication & influencing skills; a team player & a leader
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, Team player.
Qualification: MBA from Tier1 Institutes only.
