Regional Sales Manager - Education

Need non-education guys from Services sector preferably for this position.

Hardcore Sales position with a team of 8-12 under this position.

Responsible for 2-3 states.

Good MBA institute, not necessarily premier.

Person should have worked in atleast one reputed organization.

High on smartness, personality, communication, sales skills, aggressive.

Has to do sales himself, and also guide/train the team.

Prior Team management skills are necessary.

Channel sales people are not preferred.

People from software, banking etc. sectors are welcome to apply.

Must have north B2B and B2C sales exposure.

Must Concept selling or new product sales experience, where they have established a new product in market.

Female Candidates can be looked at, as long as they are willing to travel extensively.

In peak sales season they would need to travel 15-20 days in month.

Chennai : Need a native Tamilian.

Mumbai: Need a Marathi speaking but need not be a native resident.

Exposure in Gujarat, or MP will be added plus.

Andhra: Need a north Indian in Andhra (Hyderabad)
