Regional Manager
The position will report to the Vice President Customer Development
- Will be responsible for sales in a high potential schools market that comprises of all the districts of the state
- Recruit, train, manage and retain a 15 20 member distributed field sales force.
- Will build a detailed understanding and database of schools in the region, identify high value opportunities and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Will spend 60% of time in travel and working with the sales team on the field by modeling dealclosures,
identifying breakdowns, negotiations and providing solutions
- Will spend 20% time in personally identifying key accounts and closing high value deals
- Will spend 20% time in managing the sales team through clear goals, mentoring, feedback and follow through
- Will work closely with the VP and schools marketing team to develop short - and long term regional marketing and sales growth plans
