Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for Primary & Secondary sales target of assign territory.
Maintained and updated the market feedback and sales reports. Interaction and Co-ordination with the Distributers.
- Business Development in the General Trade market through research from various sources and in the process developing & exploring new markets for companies products.
- Achieving revenue and profitability targets for the region Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing mid/large sized business deals.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with HO staff and Distributors.
- Servicing prospective & existing clients on commercial & product related issues i.e. sample requirements, product development and payment related issues and other procedural matters
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates to manage our General Trade Business. The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years experience of sales in General Trade in a similar FMCG category in a middle management/leadership role. He/ she will also have current/ previous work experience with a General trade Distributors and retailers.
Essential Qualification:
- MBA
- 10-12 years of experience in FMCG sales in General trade
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure
- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data
- Preferred FMCG industry
Area of Sales : West India
Salary Offered :15-16 LPA
