Regional Sales Manager - eCommerce

We have job openings for a leading eCommerce company.

So now we are looking for an RSM who will based out of Lucknow and will take care of UP/Bihar.

Position : RSM (Regional Sales Manager)

Reporting to : ZSM(Zonal Sales Manager)

Qualification : MBA(Full Time)

- Seeking a result oriented individual to head the region sales of fast growing performance nutrition brand.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the Sales Executives/ASM/Key account associates in the region

- Responsible for meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region

- Manage relationships with super stockists and distributors of the region

- Drive business development activities of the region

- Conduct BTL marketing activities of the region

Skills/Experience :

- MBA qualified

- 3-8 years of sales experience.(Team Handling Exp Mandatory)

- Good sales and communication skills

- Analytically sharp, familiarity with MIS and Excel

- Demonstrated leadership skills
