Profile :

Managing Channel sales operations and sales administration of the Eastern region -for lighting division thereby maximising sales revenues & market shares of the various products lines.

Drive the numeric & weighted distribution infrastructure for market coverage

Team Management.

Streamlined the market hygiene, thereby developed the healthy business relationships with Channel Partners

Focusing on secondary generations & brand building exercise by conducting sales promotion campaigns, dealer-meet, product launch demos, product displays, Electrician meet etc.

Sales forecasting.

Formulate strategies for growth & expansion of the region.
