Job Title - Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Below key specs for the role:
- Responsible for formulation of Sales and Distribution strategy in collaboration with HO Sales strategy team keeping territorial nuances in consideration and implementation of the S&D SOP's across region.
- Leading, managing, and developing high-performance team across all Sales functions to ensure Sales and Distribution objective are met across territories
- Guide Sales managers in the development of Sales and marketing plans, Setting Sales targets and Forecasting, performance management etc.
- Ensure implementation of Sales and Distribution SOP's across branches and also work closely with sales strategy team in the formulation of SOP's
- Guide Trade and Sales team in developing GTM implementation plan for new launches across branch, distribution plan by channel
- Working closely with the Marketing and Research team to identify potential opportunities to leverage and potential gaps to plug in order to seek SBU objective
- Monitoring of customer and consumer marketing investments and initiatives at regional level
- Ensuring accurate Budget Tracking, monitoring and control mechanism is put in place to achieve SBU objective.
