A regional level performer with a solid background in software sales/BPO services/IT solution sales.
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling location sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers.
Identifying new business opportunities.
Understand the 'Key Business Processes' of the industry and offer end to end solution.
Market Intelligence, Planning and implementing sales strategies by continuous monitoring of the market to gauge the market trend.
To ensure that the cost benchmarks are met at each location based on Project costing/MIS
Should have lead Teams across geographies.
- Should have good IT solution sales experience.
- Should be able to work along with the Team.
- Must be good with Negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Good Communication & presentation Skills.
