Regional Sales Manager - Bihar & jharkhand

We are hiring for our client, a leader in online shopping for Dietary supplements and health devices in the Health care industry in India. They are headquartered in Gurgaon. They have an R&D setup at Gurgaon and have a centralized manufacturing unit at Baddi.

Location: Ranchi/ Patna

Position: Regional Sales Manager- Bihar & Jharkhand

Reporting to : National Sales Head (Gurgaon)

- Seeking a result oriented individual to head the region sales of fast growing performance nutrition brand.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the ASMs / Sales Executives in the region

- Responsible for meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region

- Manage relationships with super stockiest and distributors of the region

- Drive business development activities of the region

- Conduct BTL marketing activities of the region

Skills/Experience :

- MBA from a top tier B-School

- Good sales and communication skills

- Analytically sharp, familiarity with MIS and Excel

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Analytical, People Management, Smart Thinker, Go Getter, Good Negotiator, Target Driven
