Skills Required for Regional Sales Manager - North region
- Should possess 8 +years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing in handling end to end Sales process
- Should have at least 4 + years experience in Software Services or Software Products or Related products.
- Should be an Candidate from NCR region preferred with experience in Government sales and must be highly networked in that region.
- Should have interacted and worked closely with at least 3 Government deals/contracts in the entire tenure.
- Well networked with Government contacts is a definite MUST
- Should be capable of understanding and executing government Tenders/ PSU Tenders. Should be conversant with Tender Norms and submission processes, Managing, tracking dates and intime submission. (Documentation will be assisted by Admin Staff)
- Proven track record of multiplying Sales volumes in previous Organisations.
- Should Self-Motivated and Goal-oriented with high Negotiation tactics with good organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including Customer Relationship Building tactics
- High Experience shall cover for Qualification and Visa Versa - Means if Qualification is high - Exp can be low and if Exp is high Qualification can be low.
Job Description :
- The Incumbent shall Manage Sales & Marketing of SMHR's complete services portfolio like Information Security - Services, Network Audits, Compliance audit or any other that it may offer from time to time.
- He/She will be entirely responsible for the Assigned Region which includes States and UTs and Government of India and other Institutions managed by the Central Government.
- He/She will be responsible to develop business in the Private/Public and Government Sectors in the Region assigned to him.
- He/She will be Stationed out of New Delhi/ Noida as the case may be.
- He/She will need to use his existing network to develop business
- He/She will also be responsible for Key Account Management and meeting Clients in that region on a periodic basis and manage relationships, incl. understanding and coordinating committed Delivery deadlines.
- Attending various events in the assigned territories for generating new leads.
- He shall also work closely with the Delivery Manager in working/committing delivery dates and follow-ups. He shall also work with the Admin team to ensure Tenders are submitted on time - every time.
- He will be given additional leads by the Management to follow up and close deals, however, the primary onus of generating business is his/hers.
- Travel is understood and will need extensive travel. He must apply
Additional Info:
- Salary will be fixed ( 80%) and Variable ( 20%).
- Variable salary is based on Targets achieved.
- Variable pay will be paid out every Quarter for that Quarter.
- Travel reimbursement will be as per company policy and is outside of Salary.
- Income Tax is as per prevailing law.
