Description :
Reporting to the India Sales Director, you will posses :
- Good connects into Government sector (non-banking)
- Knowledge and understanding of grants/funds allocated for indigenous Cyber security projects
- Strong understanding of Government working, commercial and purchase processes
- Proven ability to run territory/region sales operations
Essential Functions (operational) :
- Scope, negotiate and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory typically at the CIO and CSO level, partners and enterprise customers to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment
- Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships
- Identify, develop and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expanding revenue with customers across the assigned region
- Collaborate internally with operative peers across functions including Field Sales, inside sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operation, Services, Customer Support and Product Development
Profile :
You will be a successful candidate with :
- Minimum 8 years of selling cyber security products to government and large corporate enterprises
- Bachelor's in Engineering or a Master's in Management from a reputed institute
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud, SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace
- Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives in both private and government sectors
- Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.
- Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.
- Technologically savvy in the Cyber Security space
