Regional Sales Manager - CSD - South India
Sales & Operations :
- Managing CSD accounts for PAN India
- Design innovative sales promotion schemes to increase brand visibility and market share
- Manage assigned sales promotion budget to maximize returns by focusing on CSD outlets of maximum profitability
- Manage all aspects related to merchandising with respect to kinds of merchandising, placement & promotions
- Act as customer interface looking into customer feedback and grievance handling
- Review daily sales report, identify areas of concern and bring it to the notice of higher authorities
- Responsible for meeting Sales, Distribution and Visibility objectives of the channel.. The candidate is expected to drive the business through his team providing the necessary leadership to conduct business with a high degree of systemic control, integrity and passion. Liaison with CSD Depots, URCs and its Regional offices is a critical part of the job.
- Develop business through existing brands and new product introductions; drive his team to meet the business objectives.
