Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager North-Select to drive sales and oversee operations for the assigned region.

The role involves managing sales teams, building strong distribution networks, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products in the color cosmetics category.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in color cosmetics, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Designation: Regional Sales Manager(BA Channel).

Location: Lucknow ,Uttarakhand and Rajasthan.

Reporting to: National Sales Head.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers.

- Drive brand visibility and awareness in the region through innovative campaigns.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Analyze sales data to monitor performance and plan corrective actions if needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or related fields.

- Experience: 10+ years in Color Cosmetics, with at least 3 years in a regional sales leadership role.

- Strong network of distributors and retailers in the assigned region.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and presentations.
