Regional Sales Manager is required for a leading FMCG based
The incumbent should be full time MBA from premier institute with at least 16 to 20 years of post MBA Sales experience in a reputed FMCG / Paints Company.
- The incumbent will be responsible for the development, execution of all long, medium and short-term sales strategies and programmes ensuring growth via achievement of sales targets and achieving company's objectives.
- Executing successful brand strategies and obtain leadership for Company Give Strategic direction to the Sales team to optimize the overall productivity and performance, engraining the Company values in the team and aiming at making the company the best-managed company
- Forecasting market size & segment growth in the region to develop effective strategies to achieve the desired sales, market share and profitability in each of the segment
