Revenue Accountability:
Candidate shall be responsible to achieve revenue targets from assigned territories by ensuring maximum product sales and great visibility on retail stores.
Set up distribution in the appointed territories:
Appoint modern trade retailers and large distributors that deal in consumer durables such as TV, Music System, Speakers, Laptops, and Mobiles etc.
Targeted offerings:
Identify and focus on the highest priority customer segments with solutions that are bundled and priced for maximum revenue.
Sales resource deployment:
Develop the right coverage model for each customer segment in designated territories to maximize reach and visibility of the product.
Accountability:
Be accountable for business development projects as well as provide and input to business led initiatives in order to achieve agreed business and financial targets. Ensure timely collection of money from retailers/distributors.
Others:
Identify, recommend and develop new business extensions related to the core business. Ensure that the business captures / shares key learning for the effective development of future opportunities.
Qualification and Experience:
- Qualified professional with 8-15 years of experience in Consumer Durables / Electronics/ Appliances sales/ FMCG / Mobile Handsets /D2H
- Target oriented individual with a go-getter attitude towards achieving revenue targets
- An effective communicator and quick decision maker keeping company's policies and profitability in mind
- Believes in a culture that shares credit for success and failure, and that rewards initiative
- Self-motivated and disciplined to ensure high productivity
