Job responsibilities :
- Responsible for business development and growth
- Responsible for end to end sales and marketing . This includes new product planning, market segmentation, sales forecasting, trade marketing and customer service & retention.
- Leading a team of Area sales Manager to generate sales
- Ensuring high growth in the General trade division by constantly meeting targets defined for the division
- Conducting team meetings at the start of the month and communicating the targets and achievement incentives to all team members across levels and motivating the team
- Monitoring the sales at regular intervals and taking measures to keep it on track
- Maintaining overall documentation of sales numbers, achievements, deliveries and tracking purchase orders to improve fill ratios
- Appointing new distributor, resolving issues with old ones
- Appraising team members and monitor/aid in their professional growth and development
- Preparing of reports pertaining to sales volume, launch of a new product and performance of the team on daily basis
- Suggesting ways to enhance the entire training and selling techniques of front line promoters and brand assistants
