Purpose: Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of on a sustainable basis. Strategically build Sales Team and Rural Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Accountability: Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development.
Key Decision: Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
Working Relation:
- Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback.
- Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
- Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level.
- Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
TEAM:
- Recruit, train, manage & motivate brand executives across the region.
- Ensure Brand Executives have in-depth Product Knowledge in order to provide right product to the customer.
- Monitor conduct of Brand Executives through store audits and ensure CAPA.
- Coordinate with Internal Channel Training Department to carry out training programs for Brand Executives and Showroom Staff.
- Develop successor for Business Continuity.
