Description : Work with a global player in premium consumer durable.

Reporting in to the National Sales Manager, the candidate would be responsible for :

- Looking after the consumer channel for the business in the South - AP, Karnataka

- Crafting strategy for the retail arm of the business across both offline and online retail

- Managing a team of branch managers and ASMs, achieving profitability for the region

- Supporting administrative functions for the entire region, with support functions reporting in.

- Working with the leadership to expand the footprint of the brand in India

Profile :

- The ideal candidate would be an MBA with 15+ years of work experience across premium consumer durable brands. Exposure to people management for 8+ years, as well as experience with high ASP brands and cutting-edge technology would be ideal. Great communication skills and a vision for overall strategy in the region are a must.
