Job Summary / Objective:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Executive, to operate as our Regional Sales Manager. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to turn qualified leads into satisfied customers, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong client relationships.
A - Key Responsibilities:
Sales Cycle Management
- Take ownership of leads qualified by the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
- Conduct discovery calls to deeply understand client needs, pain points, and goals.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings and present tailored solutions to prospective customers via online or in-person demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
Pipeline Development
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Track all stages of the sales process and update the CRM regularly.
- Forecast revenue accurately and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Daily Discipline & Regular Follow-ups- Ensure daily meetings with clients and daily run rate is met and funnel leads to closures.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business and position our solutions effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring prospects feel confident about the value of our curated offerings.
- Conduct high-impact meetings with clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other key decision-makers, to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with Pre-Sales Engineers to provide technical demonstrations and address complex client queries.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to relay customer feedback and insights for better lead-generation strategies.
Market and Product Expertise
- Stay informed about our curated solutions, new features, and industry trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify unique selling points.
- Use market knowledge to guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network, promote our products, and gather market intelligence.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Act as an individual contributor with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving exceptional sales performance and client acquisition.
B. Skills / Attributes Required:
Experience: Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role.
Performance Analysis: Demonstrated ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with regional geography and an existing network of potential clients.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Travel Availability: Availability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in SAAS and real estate is a plus.
Sales Expertise: Approximately 7 years of experience in hunting and sales roles, with a strong focus on client acquisition and relationship building.
100% Onsite: Work from office.
C. Qualifications / Experience Required:
Industry Experience: Previous experience with organisations such as ESRI, Zeit view, JLL, CBRE, Bentley Systems, Autodesk, Neil soft, Micro Genesys, or similar is a plus.
D. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly and quarterly revenue attainment.
- Number of deals closed.
- Sales cycle duration (from lead to close).
- Average deal size.
- Customer satisfaction scores post-sale.
E. Assessment Process:
- Introduction Interview: Evaluation of soft skills, stability, communication, presentability, job stability, and clarity of job role.
- HR Round: Candidates will present a sales pitch for our product to the hiring team.
- HR Round: Discussion on salary, joining date, and notice period.
