- This is a leadership sales role. Person will be responsible for B2B sales in a region.
- Building and managing a team of sales executives and sales support teams and ensuring team performance
- Achievement of sales targets for the region
- New business development: Drive acquisition and revenue growth of corporate clients through the sales executives
- Retention of existing business
- Drive CXO level engagement and build effective client relationship
- Own end to end customer relationship and satisfaction
- Grow business from existing clients by cross selling multiple products / logistics solutions through the sales executives
- Maintain quality of business (yield)
- Maintaining credit days and on time collections
Target background :
Type 1: Background experience of handling B2B sales / concept / consultative/ solution selling.
Target industries / companies : FMCG (Modern Trade / Sales Leadership Roles), Enterprise Dept. in Telecom
Type 2 : Leadership programs in top corporates
Type 3 : Experience at Mature Start-ups
Type 4 : Consulting background
Education :
Tier 1 MBA college (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS)

Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE) is an advantage
- Min 70% marks through out
Years of experience : 6 - 8
Professional attributes :
- Prior B2B sales experience (applies to Type 1 background)
- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales
- Experience in new business development
- CXO level engagement
Personal attributes :
- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring new clients and manage existing client relationships.
- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.
- This role requires the candidate to build, lead and mentor his/her team.
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
