WE Have an urgent role with one of the Biggest Auto MNC at Mumbai & Kolkata

Role : RSM

Location : Mumbai & Kolkata

- Responsible for overall volumes for the region, implementation of sales processes across the dealerships ensuring adherence

Industry : Auto/ Tyres/Construction Equipment etc

Qualification : BE/B.TECH/M.TECH/MBA With 60% & Above

- Developing strategy to be adopted for dealer command area

- Segments active in dealer command area, design activity and roll out of activity with help of marketing.

- Identify districts in dealer command area which need attention in terms of feet on street /activity and take it up with dealerships.

- Countering Bolero - in high potential pockets, schemes / our response.

- Work with HQ in rolling out these strategies.

- Dealer visits - Visit at least 8 dealers per month, Review of sales processes and ensure adherence, resolve difference of opinion and taking dealer on board.

- Ensuring Paid stocks and feet on street at dealerships as per SBP Sign off. Ensuring separate funds at dealerships to ensure consistency .

- Work with dealer on addition of select Outlet and ensuring a sales volume

- Meet 10 corporate or captive customers / month and 50 Bolero customers per month (5 nos per dealership) to understand the segment 


- Work on operating economics to pitch our product in these specific applications. Working with Customers like Big Bazar, Goffers, E commerce Customers, Malls etc for last mile requirement.

- Meet at least 5 financiers per month, relationship building and ensuring support through these financiers.

- Review of activity roll out at dealerships and report variance to stake holders. Participate in at least 5 activities across the region to ensure Quality and adherence.


- Tracking effectiveness of activity and taking up Marking for change in strategy at the right time.

- Success story of one command area to be replicated in the nearby territory to ensure volume gain.

- Indenting

- Managing depot stocks and ensuring stocks less than 60 days.

- Review / MIS
