Overview of the Role :
Regional Sales Manager implements the given strategic marketing plans of the Company at the regional level which is defined as the given geography. Responsible for overseeing operations of two or more locations & to support and guide the sales teams in achieving the Target. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the Company and adjusts plans accordingly.
Job Description :
1. Achieving budgeted numbers [tonnage and revenue]
2. Developing the existing and the proposed markets as per marketing strategy
3. Interact with marketing leads to develop and supervise regional marketing budget.
4. Work in tandem with Customer Development teams to achieve higher numbers
5. Develop execution plan and manage field team by implementing plan.
6. Ensure brand saliency, visibility and customer sensitivity
7. Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans.
8. Analyze and supervise local competition.
9. Evaluate productiveness and marketing initiatives ROI.
10. Implement launch plans given by CMO in the given geography
11. Manage teams and ensure optimum motivation level at any given time.
12. Participate and assist CMO to direct developing creative strategies and media execution.
13. Support CMO to manage crisis management.
Requirements :
- MBA-Mktg [ full time course from recognized Institute]
- 15-20 years of Relevant experience in mid/large sized B2B Companies
- Hands on with SAP-SD Module
