Regional Sales Manager - Chemicals

Age: 35-45 years (max)

- Experience: 5-7 years in relevant field in similar role preferably from mid size chemical or adhesive industry.

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, MBA in marketing

- Psychological Attributes: Must be able to handle team, must have administrative experience.

- Positive Attitude, self driven, agile , mental alertness and sharpness

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Bengal (whole of Bengal), Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand, Nepal

- Responsibilities: Must be able to bring about sales in entire Eastern Zone, team development, outlet and distributor development,

- Carrying out pilot projects with technical team to lead sales generation.

Reporting To: Head (Sales & Marketing)

Subordinates: 15-20 (Sales Officers, Executives and TSMs)
