We are looking for a candidate with 12+ yrs of experience in channel management, team management , dealer, distribution management etc.
- Managing sales through Distributors across North India,
- Responsible for Primary Sales Target Achievement & Secondary Drive through Channel.
- New Product Introduction, Sales Projection & Review
- Periodic review of Team & their appraisal.
- New Area development, coverage in terms of towns, reach & product visibility.
- New ADS appointment where ever required.
- Review of Retailers scheme
- Ensure execution of dealer seminars by executives & analysis of their results.
- Ensure timely collection of payment.
- Ensure that every executive achieves net value & product wise targets.
