Job Description :
- Responsible for the entire region sales and distribution - taking P&L ownership for the region (refers to 1/2 states based on market size)
- Responsible for distributor network expansion and extensive distributor on-boarding
- Constantly monitor store performance in the region and create ways of upgrading store sales per day across the region
- Being the organization point of contact for all channel partners in the region
- Responsible for resolving issues in the field within short turnaround time
- Drive & lead a team of account managers within his region
- Ensure account managers meet sales target and penetrate deeper into the market
- Ensure distributor & retailer satisfaction with the organization model within his region
- Consolidate and present sales reports, market feedback and key strategic insights to the GM and Directors on an ongoing basis
- Innovate ways of penetrating the market within his region
Skill Set :
- Strong leadership skills coupled with hands on sales experience of at least 8 yrs
- Understands the consumer behavior of the region
- Closely worked with distributor networks of the region in FMCG / Telecom
- Highly dependable with entrepreneur mindset and strong sales vision
- Open to work from the market to aggressively push organizations business model
- Commitment to excellence and getting the job done on or before time
- Excellent Negotiation & Influencing Skills
- Knowledge of local language is a must
- Open to travel on a regular basis
