Regional Sales Manager- Channel Sales/Distribution
We are working on senior assignments with one of the leading company in Tyre Industry.
Looking for sales professionals in - channel sales- who are currently managing a team of 4-10 individuals across levels.
Working location : Looking for people who are Flexible to relocate

Responsibilities :
- Management of sales team
- Market analysis, build and implement the necessary action plans
- Drive and realise sales plan through dealer network and direct customers across product categories
- Management of key accounts and increase the professionalism of the business with customers
- Address all the customer's transverse questions
- Manage the flow of communication between Michelin staff (field and central)
Scope : Main scope is sales of Tyres for the truck / bus and passenger car product line for the specific geographic region
Functional:
- Ability to fight for space at dealerships and in the customer mind
- Customer relationship management
- Managed sales of 70 - 100 crs per annum with good commercial sense.
- Managed sales in Tier 2 & 3 cities
- Manage sales channel of dealer / distributors
- Should have handled a large region and handled a team.
- Understanding of product liability and taxation
- Managerial
- Ability to endorse, represent and uphold the Company values
- Fluent in English.
- Believer in team strength and work for development of team members
