Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing with B. Com qualification.
- Prior work experience in software product sales through channel partners.
- Excellence in Interpersonal Skills with strong command on spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and extensively travel.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achievement of revenue target for the region, through forecasting and planning of monthly / quarterly sales target.
- Creation of channels in new territory for lead generation and product sales. Formulate screening criteria for new channel partner onboarding and actively scout in market for new distributors, by leveraging existing relationships, referrals from existing distributors and calling suitably identified distributors.
- Enable channel partners for their target achievement by conducting lead generation activities, in coordination with central team. Coordinate with channel partners for increasing sales and expanding customer base.
- Track channel partner performance and identify corrective actions to improve the partner's sales.
- Represent the company at relevant conferences/events to build visibility.
- Track competition and provide inputs to internal teams on product, pricing etc.
- Coordinate with central team on partner commission payouts.
