The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the start up of CASA business vertical in the region. S/he will be in charge for the active management of Team Building, Sourcing of business thru the Bank Branches and Direct Sales Team, Managing cost of acquisition, marketing and other administrative responsibilities in order to meet the CASA Business Plan of the Region.

JD :

- To achieve the assigned business target of the Region

- Set up CASA sourcing thru Branches / Direct Sal es Team

- Build a Team including Sales Managers and FOS

- Ensure Integration of the CASA team with the existing Branch Banking Team and drive the team for more leads and references.

- Managing the incremental monthly disbursements through various activities

- Ensure sales activities for increased lead flow and business volume.

- Identification of new avenues of business along with geographical expansion.

2 . Manage the business profitably

- Managing the yield and Fee income from incremental business

- Managing the Cost of Acquisition

- Revenue generation thru cross sell opportunities

- Manage the cost of acquisition; Monitor the channel mix for sourcing to ensure optimisation while increasing the volume

- Monitor the sourcing cost channel wise and location wise and take corrective measures if needed

3. Monitor the business quality and customer service;

- Manage the sourcing quality through proper product training

- Manage the process for better TAT and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure integration of the CASA channel with the branch banking team.

- Develop process for proper lead tracking and also ensure that the branch banking team is engaged and trained for maximum lead generation

- Create mindshare of the branches and other channels for le ad referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum of 8 years experience , preferably 5 years of relevant experience in CASA sales.

- Aggressive Team Player .

- Strong leadership quality.

- Ability to build a Team.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Candidate should be currently handling a team size of around 3 - 4 sales managers and around 30 FOS.

- Candidate currently handling Branch Banking channel ( CASA Cross sell thru the Branches) or Handling Direct Sales Team would be given priority.
