RSM- Business Banking Assets (Branch banking)
- Achievement of budgeted sales and income targets through internal and external channels
- Generating revenue through products such as Cash Credit, Term Loan, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Buyers Credit, Packing Credit, FCTL & other trade products too.
- Responsible for book growth/ fees Income.
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies and lead team of Relationship Manager towards achievement of assigned regional targets
- Build Distribution network of Branch and other internal /external channels required to achieve the month on month Sales volume and income targets
- Work closely with Regional Channel Heads / RH/BH to activate the channels such as CSE, ECRM, RO, Select RM and driving business through them.
- Develop and maintain good rapport with the regional channel teams, RH, ZH and external channel heads.
- Publish regular MIS to the channels / Branches under your region on Biz Vol and Fee Income
- Schedule and run Assets Days' Assets referral Days' Assets Fortnightly or other local contest to activate the branches / channels
- Hiring, training, development and retention of sales staff.
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team
- Ensure that team consistently meet productivity parameters
- Identity their training needs and coach them to increase their productivity
- Maintain quality sourcing and portfolio
