We per having an urgent opening as REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - SOUTH for a reputed company into BUILDING MATERIAL based at BANGALORE location.

Base Job Location : BANGALORE

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key dealers and influencers

- Negotiate and close agreements with large dealers

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with market' needs

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

- Must have handled Rs 40-100 Crores turnover & team-size of 10+ & must be commercially sound with good Communication & presentation skills & must be administratively good.

- Lead, Motivate, Guide & Mentor Team members to drive organization's Sales Targets, conduct Monthly Review Meetings to understand the progress, plan & mitigate prevailing issues

- Go Getter, Target Oriented & Excellent Communication Skills and good Interpersonal

Skills:

- Applicant must have 15+ Years of Experience & Team Handling Experience, Best suited for someone who
