Regional Sales Manager - South Zone In charge - Building Material Industry
A Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in trade is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Sales strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet regional targets
- Sales operations: Managing sales operations for South geographical region
- Sales team: Leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team
- Customer relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
- Market trends: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Sales reports: Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management
- Sales targets: Meeting sales quotas and driving sales targets
- Sales planning: Creating a sales plan and quota for districts
- Product lines: Recommending product lines and identifying new product opportunities
- Distribution: Developing and maintaining an efficient distribution network
- Marketing: Liaising with the marketing team to ensure adequate marketing support
- Stock control: Exercising stock control at customer and distributor points
- Client meetings: Preparing, leading, and participating in client meetings
- Sales pitches: Preparing and leading sales pitches and presentations
Candidate Requirement :
MBA : Full Time
From: Any Building Material Industry like - Ceramics , Tiles , Bath fittings , Sanitaryware , Lighting , White Cement , Paints .
Minimum : 2 States experience is mandatory like Karnataka & TN or Karnataka & Kerala
