RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Should have handled at a sales leadership level, handling more 1 state .
- Responsible for GUJARAT Markets for -End to End Retails Sales ( Dealer Network ).
- Responsible for Gujarat state activation / BTL activities.
- Responsible for handling a team of 15+ Sales force .
- To understand the industry and bring value addition to sales in growth .
- Value add to both retail, sales channels across the state ( ONLY GUJARAT WORKING CANDIDATES PREFERRED )
Candidate qualification :
- MBA - Full Time
- Should have a strong GUJARAT market working experience
- Able to manage a large team
- Should have a good knowledge of sanitaryware market
- Current / Past experience in paint industry is a must
