Role and Responsibility:
- Accountable for driving entire Zonal Performance in terms of Sales Matrix, Specifications, Continuous Improvement in the assigned Zonal to achieve the business objective.
- Heading the sales function and play the role of a catalyst and galvanize /build a team of ASMs /TSMs/SOs and strong field force to achieve the Zonal desired target.
- This role drives performance through strategic Planning for assigned division (Product Sale) and timely implementation and alignment of sales actions/contributions with business objectives.
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation.
- Evaluate store and individual performances.
- Report on regional sales results.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- 12 to 18 years of experience
- Team Handling Experience Min.
- 10 to 15 Members
- Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 yrs.
Min. (Building Material) Geographical Size: Min. 1 State or more States
Preferred Industries:
- Building Materials
- FMCG
- Mandatory combination profile of building material and FMCG industry only.
