- Ensure optimum productivity of sales force working under them

- Key responsibility of managing the business for the region

- Ensure maximum productivity of BM's and ABM's for the locations

- Approval of the loans as per the assigned authority

- Recovery Management

- Training of the team in terms of product and policies

- Managing the CF and APF relations

- Personal discussion and evaluation of big ticket proposal

- Maintain good relations with builders and developers
