This position is responsible for strengthening Sales of Bicycle and Bicycle components in a region consisting of several states in domestic market.
Must have excellent communication, inter-personal and leadership skills.
High Level of Business acumen and market understanding.
Development of New & Existing Markets to increase market shares for Bicycles and Bicycle Components.
1) Accountable for :
Sales and collection for assigned States in India.
Increase sales penetration in existing and new districts of the State.
Appoint Dealers and Distributor as per company's norms and targets
Resolve day to day issues of Dealers and Distributors.
Sales Projection and growth for the region on monthly basis.
2) Assess market size, reach and penetration Data analysis of market share and shop share; plan schemes to capture target market shares
3) Accountable for overall payments Realizations, Accounts Reconciliation of Distributors and Dealers, control over credit including credit proposals.
4) Responsible for preparing strategy for the region to counter competition and prepare growth plan for the region. Conduct team reviews to track progress.
5) Send Feedback and market reports to Quality and operations for actionable points.
