KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Manage new business and market development - SLA and manage scope, cost, time and quality aspects.
- Ensure achievement of the sales & Revenue targets, by selling Consumer Loan.
- Identify,set up and develop new business geographies.
- Business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of targets.
- Create and Execute innovative ideas to succeed in any market situation.
- Document lessons learned, develop action plans to address lessons learned.
- Assisted in creating Project Plan, Road Map. Designed Requirements Planning and Management document
- Maximally utilize the potential of the region of responsibility (achieve targets, grow sales)
- Reduce and manage the risk in the area of responsibility
- Manage profitability of the region
- Penetration of the region through new Area/City opening and current area expansion
- Efficiently lead and develop the team of ASMs and manage their performance, knowledge and skills
- Administrative management of the regional offices
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Manage and motivate Area Managers to achieve and deliver.
- Consistently acknowledge and appreciate team member's contributions.
Organizational Level Objective
Manages - Strategics, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the region
- Responsible for developing & driving sales plan for the region
- Drive and Implement Sales strategy in compliance with organization's goals.
- Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the region
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
- Explore and identify new sourcing areas, to increase penetration in region
- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action
- Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams / HQ
- Responsible for the quality / risk of business acquired/portfolio within region
- Initiate process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience
- Measure productivity and implement training measures to bridge the gap between the actual achievement and the KRAs defined by the management
