- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
- Strong understanding of the North India market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in North India.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors, leveraging existing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach.
