Job Description
Experience: 4 - 6 Years.
Experience in channel/Team management is mandatory.
Profile:
1) Manage a team of 8 to 10 Sales Managers & 200 to 300 agents. (Each sales manager will have about 20 to 30 agents). will be responsible for sales of I-direct A/cs per month.
2) Guide & motivate the sales managers and the agents on activities to be done to get the sales. Review their performance on a daily basis.
3) Deal with center managers of I-direct centers, Branch managers of ICICI Bank, other ICICI Bank groups like salary account team& Investment services team for local promotion activities and potential cross sell opportunities for selling ICICIdirect accounts
4) Interact with HR Managers, Admin managers of various corporates to get permissions for help desk, activities etc to sell ICICIdirect accounts
5) Track competition.
