About the Company :

Our client is a young start-up in the food & beverages space with a line of exciting beverage products and is currently selling through Modern Trade, QSRs, and in HoReCa segment. They have tied-up with a global food conglomerate and are looking to expand their team in India. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - North for MT, Institutional sales and General Trade.

Role :

The role reports into the Managing Director and would :

- Devise strategy for building and penetration across the multiple channels, Modern Trade, Institutional and General Trade

- Build relationships and partnerships with the retailers in the Modern Trade segment

- Be responsible for the overall sales growth and profitability numbers

- Work along with a young team and manage the overall sales & distribution

About the candidate :

- Should have an experience of 7-12 years in Food & Beverages

- Should ideally have come from a mix of start-up and new brands in established organizations

- Should be excellent at working in a resource constrained environment

- Has a good network and proven experience in Modern Trade and Institutional sales
