- With operations spread across the South Indian states, the consumer products company is now among the leading players in the beverage segment in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
- As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the expansion of Brand presence and driving sales volume, and market share, as well as designing and implementing sales strategies at the Regional India level (Karnataka, AP, Telangana and Odissa) by enhancing the distribution network and achieving desired targets through General Trade and Modern Trade Channels.
- The position will also be responsible for formulating sales strategies and should have experience in both physical and online channels and a passion for legwork, training and motivating field team leads to achieve sales targets.
- We are looking for YOU if you are an MBA MBA/PGDBM with about 18 to 25 Years of experience in handling FMCG categories/brands or Hot Beverages Companies, and have the :
1. Decisive & effective problem-solving ability. Sound analytical skills; both qualitative & quantitative.
2. Planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns including the appointments of distributors/stockiest/channel partners at the Regional India level to achieve sales targets.
