Regional Sales Manager - Strategic Sales - BFSI
- Positions require a master's degree and 8-10 years of solid sales or marketing experience within India. An MBA is must have qualification and overseas experience is an added advantage.
Experience :
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the areas of sales and marketing. Experience working with banks and NBFC with strong banking domain experience.
- Field sales person having minimum 8 years experience selling GRC(Governance, Risk & Compliance) software products into banking customers

- Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Research, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges

- Regional sales manager will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. They call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients- future needs.
