Currently we are looking for a Regional Manager, and here is the brief role description-

The Regional Manager would be completely responsible for the revenues of hi/her respective region. He would be expected to align his strategies and work plan with organisational goals for his region. He/she would have to understand the market and develop comprehensive outreach strategies and work plan based on the same. He/She would work towards achieving short term and long term Revenue targets and should be able to adapt according to the changing market conditions and business scenarios.

He/ She would be expected to mange the complete sales process for his/ her respective region, which includes building a must-have list of customers, initiating first level conversations to building proposals and securing closures. Managing campaigns, attending events and conferences and ability to establish connections with decision makers are key demands for the role.

The regional manager would also be expected to ensure complete support during Account initiation phase and ensure proper account setup. He /she would have to keep a regular check on the health of the accounts and evaluate possibilities of new business generation.

Ideal Profile, would be an individual with minimum 4 years, of experience in Business development in services industry, B2B sales exposure is mandatory and prior experience of selling to marketing leaders will be an added advantage. Entrepreneurial outlook, Team management skills, High target orientation, prospecting skills, sales planning and good presentation skills are prerequisites.
