- The Regional Sales Manager (B2B) is responsible for leading and managing the business-to-business sales activities within a specific geographic region. - Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve regional revenue goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills. Revenue Generation: Drive the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and effective account management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the region. Evaluate potential clients, industries, and verticals for business development.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Resolve escalated issues and provide timely solutions to customer challenges.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance to senior management. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate market feedback and customer insights to relevant departments. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and gain a competitive advantage. Required Candidate profile Leadership experience minimum 5 years Analytical &Strategic thinking Strong team management skills Sound knowledge of the IT industry.
