Job Responsibilities :
- Promote the sale of Group brand products
- Strong focus on additional growth opportunities for genuine spares and accessories through the Dealer distribution channel
- Build strong business partnerships by way of thorough, clear communication and regular and productive call cycles
- Liaison with Logistics and warehouse for on time delivery
- Growth in product range support through consistent and effective dealer training
- Promote and implement the ongoing development of the dealership, both in sales and support area of the business
- Strong focus on business growth in the identified segments through both the dealer and direct contact
- Gather and convey competitor activity, market intelligence and trend information to the management
- Manage a team of Temporary Manpower allocated to each Dealership
- Participate in product training to ensure knowledge proficiency across product categories
- Supporting the sales activities, marketing promotions and maintain optimum inventory at the dealer point.
- Periodical reports to the Head Office as per the SOP
- Extensive travel is a pre-requisite

Preferred Qualifications :
- Technical background with minimum 7 -10 years of experience with business orientation
