- Achieve Sales Growth and meet or exceed sales targets for the Industry after market sales for East India Region and increase market share with key accounts. Ensure sales revenues and profitability is achieved as per the targets.
- Addition of New Customer accounts by aggressive penetration and support from Business Development or Sector Management Teams.
- Revise customer specific- market specific strategies with the help of sector team and ensure successful implementation of the same in the market place to ensure achievement of company's growth objective.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities that include pricing and strategies and suggest competitive pricing for the product to be sold under channel sales.
- Identify opportunities and support sales channels to develop new customer accounts by conducting joint visits, product presentation and support with market driven pricing for special products.
- Inspecting the enquiries based on specifications and competitiveness of the product; working with technical team to identify the correct product and work with pricing team for timely submission of offer to customers.
- Assign, Monitor, Review targets for Sales Channel partners and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitoring DSO and Responsible for collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with customer support team to ensure that timely deliveries are met as per the contract and commitments to customers.
- Prepare monthly sales activity reports for submission to senior management.
- Mentor, lead and motivate the team achieve the sales target of the region.
- Training and development of the team members.
