JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for delivering the Volume and Value Targets in the region, managing the team to ensure market share objectives of the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing distribution network for multiple states in West Zone through team managers and Associates.
- Manage the correct product mix to ensure profitability.
- Meeting outlets at the specified frequency to build relationships resulting in increased market share and business
- Retention and Growth of team through execution of performance management process.
- Drive New Product and Channel Expansion Initiatives to ensure max spread.
- Effectively lead and coach the team to deliver strong performance.
Profile Requirements :
- Minimum 9-12 years of strong experience in Channel Sales (Distributor/Dealer) with reputed organizations with 3 - 4 years in leading a team.
- Should have experience in handling entire Channel (Distributor, Retailers).
- Should have led a team of Sales Professionals and delivered growth.
- Currently in AfterMarket Business.
- Handling Multibrand Distributors
